Photo Essay: Morning Thoughts. Vol. 2
A bowl of cold cereal
on a morning like this
is wrong.
The moon
is not much
of a fighter.
The dawn
spoils my resolve
to be practical.
Marvelous Works
Therefore, I will proceed to do a marvelous work among this people, yea, a marvelous work and a wonder, for the wisdom of their wise and learned shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent shall be hid.
2 Nephi 27:26
Governments may totter
and the world may come apart,
but saints today will brave it
with a stout and faithful heart.
We know that God his marvels works
amidst the din and dark;
the prudent and the wise may fear --
the faithful have a spark
that comes from faith in Jesus Christ
and his eternal love
for mankind's reformation
either here, or up above!

Photo Essay: Fresh Market. December 20, 2019. Provo, Utah.
I went shopping this morning at Fresh Market, which is just a block from my apartment building. I spent $46.01, and paid an additional $1.05 state sales tax. The most expensive item I bought was a book of USPS stamps, which cost $11.00. The cheapest thing I bought was 2 bananas for 37 cents. If I stopped mailing letters and ate more bananas I would save a significant amount of money.
No hinder to prosperity
And now there was nothing in all the land to hinder the people from prospering continually, except they should fall into transgression.
3 Nephi 6:5
Our land is full and rich and crowned
by God himself as holy ground.
And we shall prosper here, provided
we by sin are not divided.
As citizens we're called to fight
by ever choosing what is right.
Keep transgression far from me,
and keep me in thy luxury!
