Blown to hell or guided to still peace
Ether 6:8 -- And it came to pass that the wind did never cease to blow towards the promised land while they were upon the waters; and thus they were driven forth before the wind.
I'm driven towards the promised land by winds as fierce as fire;
I plunge below the mountain waves to rise up only higher.
The furious blast continues o'er the world, and will not cease
until I'm either blown to hell or guided to still peace.
No monster of the deep can break or mar my vessel keen;
for it was formed by loving hands both skillful and unseen.
And when the shore at last comes into view, in humble glee
I'll make my landing, storm or not, the face of God to see.
