When I focus on repentance I am liberated from
pride and other vices that can make the world seem glum.
When my heart is broken and my spirit is contrite
a noble feeling springs up in the watches of the night.
I know that it is crucial to continue to reform;
otherwise I'll not survive the Devil's coming storm!
