The Polykrikos kofoidii
Hunting prey is rather sly.
Looking harmless as a loon
It shoots its victim with harpoon
Then tows it off to feast at ease
Somewhere in the seven seas.
I hope it never is my fate
To meet this dinoflagellate --
Though microscopic it might be,
A million could gang up on me!
