"they are likely to bear the brunt of auto tariffs"
when bearing the brunt of disasters man-made, the poor folk, it seems, get the worst of the trade. those with the money are cushioned okay, but those without means have but little leeway. tariffs are playthings for millionaires, natch; but the poor they reduce to just living on scratch.
