President Trump has agreed to shut down his embattled personal charity and to give away its remaining money amid allegations that he used the foundation for his personal and political benefit, New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood announced Tuesday.

Charity begins at home, and that's where it should stay;
helping fam'ly members to a prosperous payday.
With tax laws so confusing and accountants often blind,
the rich get all the Gouda while the poor get all the rind.
The poor are always with us -- as are all the scheming owls
who dip their talons in the pot because they have no bowels.
