The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.
Psalm 9:9
A hand reached out to God in pain
never is reached out in vain.
His mighty arm protects the weak
and defends the poor and meek.
Woe betide the Pharisees
who overlook the refugees.
The one and only Judge of Man
will treat them like an old bed pan.
