And thou shalt swear, The Lord liveth, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory.
Jeremiah 4:2
Alive in truth, the Lord commands
we break our sinful, doubting bands.
In righteousness shall nations rise
to praise his name unto the skies.
And I, in this exciting scene,
have but to keep my conscience clean,
and then with saints and wise men I
am counted as the Lord's ally.
